PNG added as OLE but doesn't appear on published pdf.

Using AutoCAD 2023. There's no viewport. I INSERTOBJ a PNG. Publish to pdf, but when I open the pdf, the object isn't there; meanwhile the other content shows up.  I created these PNGs from Acrobat and I've tried numerous resolutions, as well as publishing with various resolutions and still nothing. I've also tried bring to front. I also get a warning stating, "Failed to rasterize image for plot."

I can't attach the objects because the file needs to stay a single file without local dependencies. Also, I'm not allowed to share the file.

If the problem occurs with all png files then attach a zip of a sample dwg that contains that png file that you can share.

But if the problem only occurs with a specific png file, then most likely the cause is the png file and not AutoCAD.

Could you please share the PDF file? Before that, kindly try running the command GRAPHICSCONFIG and turn OFF the settings.

If you re-insert using IMAGEATTACH and save the PNG as a standard non-transparent image, the error will go away

Publish/Plot OLEs needs full print support, make sure you are jsing plot/publish in foreground.

BackGroundPlot = 0
