Plotting transparency issues

Having issues when trying to plot a drawing to jpg (PublishToWeb JPG.pc3) when the Plot transparency option is turned on. The jpg looks normal with the transparency off, but goes all over the place with the transparency on. I've attached a sample drawing to illustrate the problem. Has anyone seen this before?

Hi,

i suggest first to make sure that your AutoCAD is updated . check that from your Autodesk Desktop App that will automatically do that .>> Click <<  also make sure that your CAD elements are too near from 0,0,0 .

Using latest AutoCAD Map3D 2019. Doesn't matter if objects are close to or far far away from 0,0,0.

I have seen the same issue in another case, there I tried to manually create a pagesetup and run command _PUBLISH with that pagesetup ... there it worked.

Please find >>>that post with video<<< which shows my steps.

If that does not help please upload your dwg-file, maybe we can find the source of the problem within the file.

Thanks Alfred! It was the Paper size that was the problem - it was using 'Previous paper size' of which didn't work with transparency ticked. Added Custom Paper Size and that worked.
