Plotting to PDF Qaulity

When I plot to PDF I use the 'AutoCAD PDF (web and mobile).pc3', which I think is a default setting?

Anyways, the PDF ends up being very data heavy. Hatching wants to reload every time you move the page or scroll down. Book marks are created, and the sheets are typically 3-4 mb a piece.

I used to be able to plot to pdf and none of the pdf data came in with it. The picture did not want to reload every time you scrolled, each sheet was around 1mb a piece, etc. A setting must have changed on the last update though.

Is this a setting I can change to make this stop happening? Hopefully that makes sense...
