Plotting to a Canon Colorwave T65

I just got a Colorwave T65 and am using AutoCAD and CIVIL 2025.  When setting up the new PC3 files the settings keep defaulting back to the Windows default.  I have tried everything I can think of and saw the article below and it still yielded the same results.  HELP!!

And you tried setting SYSPLOTCFG to 1 ?

I did try that. Thanks. I am pulling my hair out.

and have you installed the latest updates to both AutoCAD 2025 & CIVIL 2025?

@ben2ERT7  Have you also tried to  Update Software and Drivers
- Ensure AutoCAD is updated to the latest version.
- Update the plotter driver and Windows operating system
