I don't know whats happening, when I do the dwg to pdf plot everything seems fine but then I print the pdf and some lines do not print or disappear I've checked my custom CTB, my wipeouts, lineweights and hatch transparencies to see if any of those help but i can't find the solution, I'm posting my files to see if any of you could help me find the problem. I really appreciate your help.

Hi,

Do I understand that correct? ... your PDF is fine, you can see all lines in your PDF viewer, but when you print exactly this PDF to a printer/plotter then you have issues?

If that is correct then why asking in the AutoCAD forum, it has created a correct result.

It seems either to be your PDF viewer sending incorrect data to the output device or the printer/plotter driver.

I would suggest to:

  • print the PDF to a different device
  • use a different PDF viewer and try printing again.
  • if these missing lines have all the same color then it might be the ink or toner of your printer/plotter

Are you basing this off an ACAD plot preview or preview in your PDF program?

Hi @shabbar thanks for your reply. It is indeed the transparency I found another thread with the same issue as me, it seems to be the "plot transparency" option from the plot menu. I'm gonna have to find a way around to make my shadows without solid transparent hatches. Again thank you.
@neaton @Anonymous  Thank you guys for your replies and suggestions I gave them I try but none of them seemed to work.
Haven't found the solution.

(The problem hasn't been solved but at least I found the source of the issue)
