I've had an issue recently that I just can't figure out. Our HP T2530 will rotate E1 sheets on a 36" roll of paper, but it cuts off the print at 30".
It's as if the rotation occurs, the plot coming out of the plotter is oriented correctly, but the page margins don't rotate so any linework past the 30" mark doesn't print.
I've been the CAD Manager here for 20 years, and never had this problem. I rebuilt our PC3/PMP files when we moved to ACAD 2023 from 2018 due to Autodesk changing some things that made the old config files incompatible in 2023.
Years before that I moved our borders and templates to reflect real paper dimensions and making sure our borders were within those dimensions. This meant that our plot offset is 0 and 0. I set margins for all our page sizes to also be 0 all around and this has worked fine until recently.
Now I can't figure out what has happened and I can't get anything larger than ARCH D to plot properly.
Anyone have any thoughts??
