Plotter Roll Settings

Good day,

Our plotter is about 12 years old and it was serviced today. We used to use roll 1 for 841mm wide paper and roll 2 for 420mm wide paper. However, due to wear-and-tear roll 2's infeed roller struggles to grip the narrower paper and as a result the paper rolls have been swopped.

The printer settings used to be on "automatically select",where A0/A1 used to print from roll 1 and A2/A3 used to print from roll 2. However, now all paper sizes are trying to print from roll 2.

I know I can go to Print > Properties > Custom Properties > Source is: and select Roll1/Roll2, however it would be cumbersome to follow this procedure everytime someone in the office needs to print.

How can I set all the computers to always print A0/A1 from Roll 2 and A2/A3 from Roll 1?

Regards,

Connor

You can create two different .pk3 files, select the desired one before printing.
Or print from PDF to a different roll automatically.
