Plot to DWFX error

Has anyone else managed to solve this issue - we are trying to publish to DWFX and one file - error message attached below

The file is 6MB ...when it's plotted we get no error messages inside Autocad

We have tried Autocad 2013 and the latest 2025 version..all return the same error

We also have tried printing with using batch plot in a set of 40 other drawings and all the other files publish fine except this one file.

Have you tried plotting this problem file to PDF?

Try plotting to your regular plotter.

Experience the same problem as DWFX?

PDF works fine -we need to send a DWFX format file to a APP developer who is using the data to associated objects to shapes for their graphical interface

Does it print to DWF okay?

Can you post enough of your source DWG where the error can be replicated, so that someone here can give it a try?

Which viewer are you using? DWFx can also be viewed in Windows' XPS viewer.

Turn on the plot/publish log (in Options' PLOT tab) and see if it helps identify the problem.

If you can, please post the DWG source file. If we can test the DWG, it will be much easier to determine what is happening.
