Plot stamp error

My plot stamp is super maximized and there is no way to get to the dialogue box. I get the following error

and here is how the plot shows up

Hi @Anonymous,

 

It may be the driver, does a different printer driver like the AutoCAD PDF (General Documentation) work better? 

 

If that does not help, where is the plot stamp located? Maybe check permissions on the file and folder.

PLOTSTAMP command is the best place to do that: does it now work either?
Do you need to fix your damaged DWG file first perhaps?
Are you using that is not a FIELD and not a plotstamp?

how would I know it is the driver? and the plot stamp is located at the bottom left of the drawing.

PLOTSTAMP command brings me to the message box snipped below.. I can't find the plot file.. would you be able to tell me where it could be located please? TIA

click YES as the pop-up suggests to create the required PLOT STAMP SETTINGS FILE is a good start.

Resetting your AutoCAd may fix the issue as well, but you will lose your customizations if they are not backed up https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-architecture-forum/plot-stamp-error/m-p/6319090#M54815
