Perrpetual License and maintenance

First time on this forum

I have two stand alone perpetual licenses for AutoCAD.  One license has a maintenance subscription that was purchase with the license.  The second license was bought after the first and because of some confusion and language obstacles at the time of purchase no maintenence subscription was purchased.  How do I purchase the maintenance subscription?

Unless somebody can sell me on the overall advantages of some of the new licenses.  We travel a lot and don't always have access to high speed internet so that is the idea behind maintaining the perpetual license on each laptop.  We've owned the two licenses since February of this year.

Thanks

I bought directly from Autodesk.  Will a re-seller want to do business with me?

It's unfortunate that there's no direct contact after purchasing direct from them.  Maybe one of the ADSK folks will chime in.

Hello @CvanZ, Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

The situation you have brought forward to us would have to be reviewed and assisted by an authorized Autodesk employee. It requires a look into your purchases and license. I'm not aurthorized to review or make changes to payments, lisences, subsriptions, or products. I will proudly provide two suggestions though.

1.) Contact Autodesk by Online Chat

Visit http://knowledge.autodesk.com/contactus

  1. Select what we can help you with
  2. Select appropriate subtopics from the pull-down menus
  3. Select “I Still Need Help” and the option for Chat will appear
  4. Click "Chat" button and you will be taken to the Live Chat

If you email support, allow 48 hours for a response. Weekends can delay response time further.

All support services are linked here.

2.) Bring a Post to the Installation and Licensing Section

Feel free to share any further comments, concerns, questions, and suggestions you have with us. Glad to see you're here with us today, and I hope you receive the assistance needed. Feel free to private message me if needed and I'll take you in the right direction. Thanks.
