So that pop-up asked you to do two things first before trying it again: did you? They are required.

Hi Dean, Thanks for your help. About 2 weeks ago it would show two pop up widows and then a red dot would come up be by the cursor, but now I have done two clean install after that, one because the windows 10 itself shown some issues which were solved. then I tried to solved this issue with AutoCAD after the first clean install without success, second clean install and the problem is still there.

Hi @Alex.A.Velloso,

Have you turned off the UAC? Also, have you configured the desktop shortcut to run as Administrator? If you start AutoCAD from the desktop shortcut do you see the error?

Look at the screenshot you posted: it lists two things you have to do, in WIndows, outside of AutoCAD, before you can use the command in AutoCAD.

Did you do these yet (see red arrows on your image below)? From your avoidance I suspect you either did not or have no idea what those two items mean. Which is it?

Yes, I tried that and it still shows this popup windows

Open the folder where AcPerfMonAgent is located, right click and select run as administrator and on start menu, right click on AutoCAD icon and run as administrator, nothing changed!!!

Hi @Alex.A.Velloso,

Your Windows version  - is it the Anniversary edition? The build number looks like this is the case.  I suspect that you will be able to get the performance report done if you rollback the anniversary update.

Please let me know if this is an option.

Unfortunately I haven't created a image of my system with the previous windows build and also I have run windows clean up and old.windows folder gone. Anyway, apparently after updating Nvidia Driver AutoCAD start to run normally therefore I will leave thing the way they are right now and as soon as I received a new AcPerfMonAgent update with a positive result, I will let you know. Thanks you very much John, Pendean and Imadhabash for you help.
