Pdf plots to a blank page with one line showing.

Please help me!!!! 

I have a drawing with 3 layouts. 

layout one plots to a pdf fine

layout 3 plots to a pdf fine

layout 2 plots with a blank page. There is one line showing, and also the scale bar. However, nothing else on the layout is showing. 

I have set this layout up identical to layout 1 and 3. All viewports are on a layer that is set to not print (this means you get the view without the frame). This is including the scale bar that somehow prints, but shows the viewport frame.

Literally everything is the same setup as the other two layouts!!!

I have so far: 

closed and re- opened CAD

Reset my computer

made an entire new drawing and layout (this is still happening!!)

asked my co-worker to open the file and plot from her pc. 

I'm tearing my hair out here! 

I'm pretty close to uninstalling ACAD and then if that doesn't work, I might throw my computer in the trash.

Walla!

I fixed my own problem.... Hopefully this helps someone else.

I went and changed all of the unreconsiled layers to reconsiled. 

I went into layer manager, select all, right click and then click reconsile. 

This is weird because it never normally effects plotting at all, and also how it didn't affect the other layouts. 

Anyway, hope this helps somebody else!
