PDF Options Not Saving Setting Changes.

I have a user who is trying to include hyperlinks while converting his DWG to PDF. There is an option in the PDF Options menu for Including hyperlinks, but AutoCAD is not accepting the settings.

Is there a way to fix this?

First ensure the 'checkbox' is togged on in the PROPERTIES of the PDF PC3 (and that this setting is saved once you close the options boxes)......

Open Page Setup (or Plot) and in the dialog box, select PROPERTIES, then CUSTOM PROPERTIES and press the button.

In the PDF OPTIONS dialog box, ensure the checkbox for Include Hyperlinks is togged ON.

Also try to create a custom PC3 as you may not be able to write changes to the location of the PC3 driver, depending on your network connection/credentials.

Good luck!
