PDF issues with inserting sheets, overwriting and deleting!

Confused by what is happening with my PDF's.   Seems to be happening ever since 2015 Civil 3d got installed.  I can no longer overwrite a PDF when I delete a sheet within the set, insert a new sheet, then save.  I get the error you see attached.   I can then save as in a different folder fine, but then I actually have trouble deleting the original file.  Sometimes it will say in use, sometimes it won't show as deleted unless I refresh windows explorer.  Sometimes I have to just wait a minute or two, then try again.

Tech support have isolated it to my profile in my computer if that helps any.  We can log in as a different profile and it all works fine.   It also works fine on someone elses computer with the same PDF.   

Unsure if related, but even in general, its weird when I try to delete PDFs  They go away briefly in explorer, but then re-appear a few seconds later and even if I refresh.  If I then select it though, it does disappear!  

Any thoughts on settings or something that could be causing these hastles?

Looks like you need a new network profile.
