PC recommendation for AutoCad 2021

I am contracted I.T. for a custom furniture company and they would like a recommendation for a fast performing PC for AutoCad 2021.   Company I work for is a reseller of Dell products so I am going to quote a Dell.  With AutoDesk only being a single threaded application, I don't believe I need to quote them a $2000 machine. 

Can anyone give any recommendations?

You need to know for sure what size files and how many they like open all day long before making that judgement call on your own in a vacuum.

That depends on what they want to do with AutoCAD. The Render command e. g. uses all kernels (multi threaded).

Here is a bit more info regarding their setup:

" The average size is 15MB-50MB They are 99% of the CAD files is 3D entities and Paperspace Layouts.

We rarely use the Render command so I wouldn’t even consider it in this build.

The program also connects to the SQL database "Microvellum Data" and is constantly writing and accessing data. Think of it as a symbiotic relationship between the database and CAD file. Every project that exists in the database and has a CAD file associated with it. As things are drawn in the cad file, information is modified in the database. That's why I brought the network speed/connection as an issue in this."

@bclantonGDMQM You will start with a Dell Precision "workstation" desktop (or Laptop) i9 or i7 or i5 at the highest clock speed then, use the "recommended" listings from the system requirements as the MINIMUM for this client of yours
