PARAMETER CONSTRAINTS AUTOCAD 2016

MY PARAMETER CONSTRAINTS OPTION DOES NOT EXIST ON THE RIBBON MENU. 
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LOCATE IT SINCE AGES.
PLEASE HELP ME

Maybe you just need to turn on that tab by right-clicking where I have the X noted
