Paperspace changing scale of viewport after it was dimension

At my previous job, when we would change scale of paperspace detail Dimensions would stay attached to the detail. I don't know what's settings we had turned on two keep Dimensions attached. Now when I change scale on paperspace detail my Dimension stay in the same place now detached from the detail. Does anybody know what settings need to be turned on or adjusted to keep the dimensions attached to the detail. Can anyone please help?
