Paper Space - Paper Position on Screen

I have my A3 Drawing Paper with its borders on an A3 layout tab. When I go to that tab, I see my drawing sheet has moved up in the layout window so I can only see half of it. If I zoom down it gets too small.

Can I have some help with this as I don't know what to do to move it back to the centre of the screen?

Thank you.

Is your border actually in Layout Space or could it be inside the viewport in floating model space with the viewport unlocked?

Ensure you are outside the viewport, then use Zoom command, Extents option. or PAN.

Or you mean something completely different judging by all the guesses at what you are looking at... .

Other than doing anything else, you can try this:

On "Layout" (your Paper Space)

1.1) Enter command "move", -> "all",

1.2) Pick the lower left corner of the drawing sheet as the selection point,

1.3) Enter "0,0" then click "ENTER" key.

1.4) Enter command "zoom" -> "all".

If the above option does not solve your problem, try this:

2.1) Enter command "limits", then "0,0" for lower left corner, and "841,594" (mm) for upper right corner.

2.2) Enter command "zoom" -> "all".

A circle is the locus of a cursor, starting and ending at the same point on a plane in model space or in layout such that its distance from a given coordinates (X,Y) is always constant.
X² + Y² = C²

Thanks for the detailed steps. At the end either Z enter, E enter, or Zoom -->All, opens the sheet to the full window and centres it.
