Paper space not allowing to move objects....

I was copying titles in Paper Space, all of a sudden I can't copy or move anything. Allows me to select then the cursor disappears from the screen? Have I accidently changed a setting? Thanks.

Check if the layer(s) are locked.

... or you slipped into or out of the viewport: hard to tell since your description is light and there is no screenshot or video.

No layers are locked at all. Strange, if I type any command, say move or copy or line the cursor jumps to the bottom left of the page (0,0?) and remains there frozen until I hit escape. I have 3 small viewports?on the page but this occurs outside of these in paper space. ?I hope that makes sense! Thanks.

Do you have the same behavior while in model space?

Just to eliminate one obvious problem, turn SNAP off, not Osnap, but SNAP (F9).

Try clicking Ctrl + B: this is a block toggle to the origin of the layout plan

Sometimes I have accidentally clicked it when I'm using Ctrl + V to paste in callouts

Thanks so much, I was having the same problem, it was driving me crazy. And yes, it was after I had been using the CTRL+V for paste, so I tried the CTRL+B, and that solved the problem!
