If you're still in the file UNDO ? If not maybe you have versioning setup on your server ?

If you just did it before the last save you could look in the directory that the dwg file is saved and look for a file with the same name and a bak extension and change the bak to dwg and open that file.

saved but not closed?

Use command SAVE to save the current file state, use undo to going back,

copy the items CTRL+C, close your file and reopen the new one: PASTEORIGIN

One time saved and closed?

The pre-last version is saved as *.bak file, if not disabled this function.

Start Drawing Recovery Manager and open the *.bak of your file

(or by winExplorer, navigate to the dwg folder and rename your *.bak to *.dwg)

Try right click properties on the file then:

If not maybe you should look into syncing your files on Dropbox or some other service that will give you access to versioning.

Mark the solution or if you did something different post it and mark it as the solution.
