Hi and Welcome to AutoDesk Forum,

Xref is the most power way to use and because you're newb as you said i advice you to convert one of your plans or both to BLOCK and then you can compare them as you like.

Good Luck..

XREF is probably the easiest and quickest way of doing it, or you can convert it to a block as stated above, but make sure you paste to original coordinates if you're working to the same coordinates as the architect. It'll save you the trouble of aligning it.

Manual comparison can be quite tedious and could result in missing stuff, especially in a large or busy drawing. There are programs to help you with this.

Here's one:

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

Sir,

I want to wrap a external vector file or AutoCAD file on the surface of the 3d cylinder.

I want to wrapping a vector grill like this image.

Please tell me which command I use for it in AutoCAD 20161473609300589.jpg
