Overlapping Dimmension

I have been trying to correct this problem that i'm having with the dimmensions overlapping. does any one have any idea on to how to correct this problem that is driving me nuts.when i try to edit the dimmension it changes and its fine, but when i plot the drawing it goes back to overlapping. I have AutoCAD 2014, here are some pictures.

Your DIMSCALE looks incorrect (as is your chosen font): Can you share that DWG file here for others to review in more detail?

do you have them forced to fit inside dimension lines?

Your shared file looks nothing like your picture and the three dimensions in it are not overlapping.

I know it's not the same, but it does it on every DWG I start on, here is the file again and I added more dimmensions.

Look at your pop-up: your dimstyle is using a font called ARCHQUIK.

 

Look at your drawing: that's not ARCHQUIK, that's a stick font that looks like Simplex. Look at the font in your editor: it looks like Arial.

 

This is what ARCHQUIK looks like, I have that font, it's a hand-lettering style font:

No overlap.

 

Go into STYLE command and change the text style you are using to a font you actually have, other than ARCHQUIK. It should fix your problem. Your ARCHQUIK font is missing or someone changed it on you. I changed it to Arial here and it still looks good:
