OLE Spreadsheet issue in Layout

I have been using OLE spreadsheets in my layouts for over a year with any issues.  As of this morning I am losing everything but the text after opening the OLE and closing it again.  I have tried printing it anyway and it is printing exactly as displayed, only text.  I have never seen this before and I would appreciate any help I can get.  Thank you.

How are you attempting to plot? I was unable to re-create your issue... just plotted using DWG to PDF.pc3 and everything looks as it should. See attached.

@JHK19

I am sorry to say: There is NOTHING more you can see,

empty modelspace and only 33 Objects in Paperspace, no viewports, only lines text and your embedded OLE.

Take the last *.bak or dwg from the backup.

Thank you for replying.  I have attached pdf files of what is happening after opening the spreadsheet and closing it again.  Select the spreadsheet - right click - OLE - Open.  Excel opens.  Close the spreadsheet and everything but the text disappears.

The problem is with the OLE spreadsheet in the layout.  Once opened and closed it loses everything but the text.

Ok.  Thank you.  It must be a glitch in my system.
