Offset faces of solid doesn't work

In the solid attached i tried to offset the external and upper, small, round face. this is what i got:

Gap cannot be filled.

Hi @Karol-Or,

I too received some errors in trying to offset the faces. I rebuilt the outline, flattened it, and then used boundary to get a clean outline. Even this did not want to work so I tried performing the process on just a small piece of your model. Perhaps this will work for you in addition to using UNION.
