Offline help

Hi dears! I have a 2017 autocad in my machine,whenever I click the" download offline help"in the autodesk page bellow message appears. 

any help will be appreciate.

Hello @vinodkl  could I explain the steps that you followed to get to the link that I provide, it is that I am also looking for another program, such as civil 3d, and I want to see exactly where these offline aids are. regards

Hi @Grover_Puma 

To download the offline help click on the help drop down menu

 located on the upper right corner and then select " download offline help. This would open the link in browser to download the offline help.

Here is the link for Civil 3D offline help:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/civil-3d/downloads/caas/downloads/content/download-and-instal... 

In the above URL replace "2019" to "2020" to download the offline help for 2020 version.

Try this:

To resolve this issue complete the following steps. 
1. If you are currently running .NET Framework 4.7 upgrade to 4.7.1.

 After completing the upgrade, reboot your machine.
