Objects appear in model space but not in paper space

I have a couple objects copied/pasted onto a pdf xref file. I even circled them in model space. But when I go to paper space mode, only the circles appear and NOT the objects I pasted. Even when publishing them to a pdf file, they DO NOT appear. I'm not sure what I need to do for the objects to appear in paper space. Please help!

Hi,

i suggest to pick inside your viewport ( Layout space ) then type Layer and check from the dialog VP Freeze and Plot tabs that may effect . if not fixed please upload here your drawing for testing ?

Note : please  SAVE AS your drawing as AutoCAD 2013 format type if you're working with AutoCAD 2018 or later.

I tried this and nothing changes. Does it help if I say that double-clicking the viewport and zooming into said pasted objects doesn't even show up either? Only when I go to model space do objects appear.

Hi,

if you change ANNOALLVISIBLE system variable to 1 , any changes ?

Command: ANNOALLVISIBLE
Enter new value for ANNOALLVISIBLE <0>: 1

Hi,

your objects are annotative, which means they are not configured to show up in the scale of this viewport.

Either add that viewport scale or turn on ANNOALLVISIBLE.

Here you can find a screenshot which shows how to add the scale so these objects show up in that viewport scale.

But in that case you need to scale to objects to a size that fits to the paper, my guess is more that these objects should have not been set be annotative, am I correct with that?

Oh my goodness. I should've figured that out. It works and now I can see everything I've done in model space onto paper space. Thanks so much!

Activa ANNOALLVISIBLE
Escribe este comando, tal cual. al parecer por default lo trae en 0, tu colócalo en 1, para que te pueda  todos los objetos anotativos.

Ya lo hice, espero y te sirva.

Hi,

XRef's are missing, so we even don't see all object in modelspace as you see.

>> won't allow me to see the objects in Modelspace in a Viewport

Can you please describe which objects you mean and which layout you are referring to?

Please keep in mind that we don't know your project and having 800 objects in modelspace (without the references) makes it difficult to find the one or two you are missing.

...and...

you might have a problem with zoom extents as you have two groups of geometry which are far away from each other ... making ZOOM EXTENTS to result in a white screen:

Hi,

>> the layout I'm referring to is LAYOUT

And which elements are you missing?
Or is it the ZOOM EXTENTS issue?
