Uso o AutoCAD 2014, e hoje me deparei com o seguinte problema. O menu superior não aparece. Ele está lá, ao passar o mouse sobre ele, aparecem as shortcuts com as opções salvar, salvar como, etc. Porém, elas não aparecem.

try to restart your AutoCAD and - as a trial step- i suggest to change your color scheme to Dark from OPTIONS > Display.

I suggest that you Reset Settings to Default your AutoCAD 2017 installation to see if that corrects the issue.
Attach a link that indicates how to apply the reset.
In this way you can repair any errors generated, I hope it is useful for you,

I think it has to do with windows 10. You can try the Aero Lite Theme but it takes a little work.

That worked, thank you. But only bellow the ribbon. When I choose to the "quick access toolbar" appear above the ribbon, it becomes invisible again
