Not plotting in color

Hello.

I have a border that we just replaced the logo only and all of the different border sizes I updated with this new logo, print in color just fine, except the one I've attached in this post. For some reason, it doesn't what to publish or plot in color, even when I have the Plot style table set to none, just like all my other drawings. Any idea or setting I need to try to get this to plot/publish in color? Below is how it looks in the pdf, vs. how it looks in the drawing. Thanks in advance.

Your file PLOTs to color just fine here otherwise

Ask your IT for assistance with that printer/plotter driver settings.

To answer your question, this printer I have it going to is a color printer. But I will check with out IT person to find out what's going on with the drivers, if it's plotting in color for you. Thanks.

That printer can have two separate drivers, one only dedicated to B/W output

I did do your suggestion first and it worked! But I'll still check with our IT person to make sure we have the most current drivers for our printers. Thanks for your help!
