Not able to generate License file

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to generate a license file for AUTOCAD 2016 for my new Server (with following details)-

Server Type - Single server

Server Name - Q87H3-AM

Server Id/MAC Address -  b8aeedbc7a0d

In the "Generate Network License File" link, after submitting the above data, when I expand the link "Select and add products to this server " , then no product is listed there and error shows as "There was a problem listing your network products. Please try again, or contact customer service for assistance if you continue to receive this error. "

Kindly help urgently.

Show a screenshot from what you received.

When I click the link I'm forwarded to bot.autodesk.com which should lead you through activation process.
