non-uniform scaled blocks with base view

In the past (using ACAD2023) I created a block of 1x1x1 mm. I used this a lot, scaling XYZ to draw panels, for example x=2700, y=600 and z=18 for a panel 2700x600x18. I built closets, kitchens, etc this way. I used the viewbase command to create the layout drawings.

For a new contractor I started using this block again (in ACAD 2024 now), in the same way. But when I use the baseview-command, command filters out the non-uniform scaled blocks. Even when I open an older drawing (4-6 months old), the representation of the model is not correct anymore. This picture shows a cupboard I've drawn 6 months ago. The uppere picture shows the front of the cupboard correct, the lower picture (same model) the cupboard after rescaling/editing/any change

Does anyone know what has happened or am I missing something, using a wrong setting or something like that?

As far as I know you will need to explode (I use BURST or XPLODE commands, no E on the last one) to get around the built-in limitation.

try the same process using your ACAD2023 and if the problem still occurs then it has nothing to do with ACAD2024

@pendean : that would end the dynamics of the drawing. After the burst/xplode I can't use the scale of the block for the panel dimensions anymore.

@paullimapa : I will try that this weekend, see what happens.
