Non-importable High-quality output from AutoCAD?...

I'm in search for a way to produce high-quality output from AutoCAD drawings.
I did invest al lot of time to produce these drawings and I don't line the idea that the outer world
can import vector-based geometrie with the PDFIMPORT command.
Is there any conversion-tool (or PFDa?) or High-resolution Bitmap output possible?
Thank you.

try outputting straight to raster:

That said, I would not rely on that to protect intellectual property. I have traced several hand drawings drawing over my career so making it raster wont save it from some one recreating it.

@Anonymous If it is important to you to maintain "ownership" then invest time and money in Digital Signatures for all of your output that you share with others: it is the only legal binding method you have of control.
Talk to your legal counsel and liability insurance folks (if you have that) about it all.

All electronic (and paper) files are "convertible" if anyone wants to steal it, there is no free 'lock' anywhere for anyone, and there is literally nothing you can do about it. Sorry.

Please clarify what you are looking for as "high-quality output."  Is it a paper print, pdf or image file.

What maximum dimensions for the print/pdf/image would you need and to what resolution (dpi)?

Would the graphics be from an AutoCAD 2D or 3D drawing?  If 3D, would hidden lines need to be removed?

Can you post a sample file and specify (quantify where possible) the desired results?
