Newbie Help (Open Entities)

I recently got a new car and looking for a license plate mount. I built this  but when i upload to sendcutsend it states that i have open entities in the diagram, is it because i'm not grouping the shape?

Best to ask sendcutsend as to exactly what they support.

Does it just want the perimeter as a single closed object [presumably a Polyline], rather than a bunch of unrelated Lines and Arcs?  If that's what it needs, you will need to fix two mismatch locations before you can join it all into one:
