Explorer is not an Autodesk tool.

Do this: In Explorer, RightClick, Properties, [General]

Is it linked to AutoCAD Application, or to Auto DWG Launcher?

CHANGE it to DWG Launcher.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AcLauncher.exe

Explorer is not an Autodesk tool. (Yes i do agree with you)

but working in multiple location of file is helpful from Explorer.

Working from Only one is good for OPEN command in AutoCAD. But multiple file different location is again a problem.

In version2023 or older you can also drag them to the START tab.

Very useful if you have multiple session open, side by side,

Yes, is it working now?

Registry edits solution 2:

The following example uses AutoCAD 2020. The value will differ depending on the version of AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, or DWG TrueView.
  1. Exit AutoCAD.
  2. Press WINDOWS-R on the keyboard to bring up the Run window, enter REGEDIT and click OK.
  3. Navigate to and select:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\DwgCommon\shellex\apps\{F29F85E0-4FF9-1068-AB91-08002B27B3D9}: AutoCAD
  1. Edit the keys OpenDdeSvc and PrintDdeSvc to both have the value of AutoCAD.r23.DDE, (Items A and B in image below). Remember, this is for AutoCAD 2020. It is possible that no number is needed (i.e., change it to AutoCAD.DDE). Alternately, it may be necessary to find and implement the appropriate R value for newer versions of the software. (r24 for AutoCAD 2022, for example.)
  2. If necessary, edit the path to the application which is specified for OpenLaunch and PrintLaunch, (Items C and D in image below) to make sure it goes to the correct acad.exe.

By this solution i did solved my problem.
