I'm trying to figure out the best way to draw this shape. I've started with the large circle, but I can't figure out how to erase the .75 sections so that I can fillet or arc the .125 radius areas into the rest of the shape. Once I figure that out, I should be able to complete the rest of the shape easily. Thank you for any help you can give.

You can draw two lines in a distance of 0.75 (in the attached dwg the red lines), then you can fillet R 0.125 between the lines and the both circles.

Click on below image to see how after drawing other known circles and diagonal lines you will get your needed circles .. Circle,TRIM,FILLET and ARRAY command will complete your job ..
