I'm new to this, and I'm stuck at trying to figure out how to draw a circle with the following info

This is what I did

and this is what's required

I've gotten all dimensions correct, just confused at the circle. Thank you

There are as many ways to do this, as their are people using AutoCAD. Here is one very basic way (presuming this is all 2D)

For the left shape, start a line at the upper right corner, draw it to the left (with ortho ON), 33 units long. (Note: Yes, you are drawing this line on top of existing geometry). When you get to that point, without ending the line command draw another line down (to the south, bottom of the drawing) 40 units long. Now end the line command

Now go to the lower left corner, and start the line command again and draw a line up (north, towards top of shape) 15 units long, then without ending the line command, draw another line to the right 70 units long.

Where the last line in step 1 and the last line in step 2 intersect - that is the center point of the circle. After you get the circle drawn, erase the 4 construction lines you drew.

Repeat the same type of steps for the shape on the right side of your drawing.
