Need to Remove Attribute Tag that doesn't appear in Block Att. Manager

I have a block in the title block of a sheet that includes information like scale, date, drawing #, etc. I want to remove an attribute tag that clearly appears both on my sheet in paperspace  and in the Enhanced Attribute Editor but doesn't show up in the Block Attribute Manager.

I've attached a screenshot of the info in the block (note "000", which corresponds to said REVISION tag that I'm not able to remove. Also included is a screenshot of the Enhanced Attribute Editor showing the "REVISION" tag and associated "000" value. I have a revision log in my drawing now so this tag and value needs to be removed from here.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Hi @john.vellek,

I ended up hitting "sync" on the block attribute manager (it appears
someone had already tried to remove it and that's why it was only appearing
one place) and that did the trick. Thank you for your response!
