Nav cube is visible, but unclickable

My nav cube is visible in the upper right corner, but I can't click on any part of it.  I've tried turning it off/on.  It seems to be specific to this dwg, as others I've opened have working nav cubes.  Anyone know what's going on?

I'm using AutoCAD 2013.

Thanks!

Issue: After working some time in a drawing the ViewCube does not work anymore. It is still visible but cannot used anymore.

Causes: The error may be related to an unsupported or an old graphic card driver installed on the system.

Solution: The following actions may reduce the frequency of this error:

  • Get Recommended Driver from Autodesk: Go to the Find Recommended Hardware site and download/install the recommended and certified graphics driver for your card.
    • This is the best choice. The listed graphic cards and the listed drivers are tested for Autodesk products. So whenever possible use a recommended and certified graphic card and driver from this site.

  • Get Latest Driver from Vendor: If the graphic card and driver is not listed, please go to the graphic card vendor site and update to the latest graphics driver that they provide

  • Adjust Hardware Settings: If you cannot update the graphic card driver to a newer version, please try to turn off hardware acceleration in the "Options" dialog
