Error :

Command: EXT
EXTRUDE
Current wire frame density: ISOLINES=4, Closed profiles creation mode = Solid
Select objects to extrude or [MOde]: 1 found
Select objects to extrude or [MOde]:
Cannot sweep or extrude a self-intersecting curve.
1 object removed from selection set.
Select objects to extrude or [MOde]: *Cancel*

Solution :

Do a Boundary inside the wall and create another polyline which will help to remove Self Intersection error.

You can also use PRESSPULL and select in between one of the walls. PRESSPULL extrudes any enclosed area.

Type BO(Enter)

Pick inside the wall(as if you were to hatch the wall)

now press enter.

This will create another polyline of the walls.

Try using extrude command and select the newly created polyline and it should work.

Or if you are finding it difficult to get this done, as suggested by @neaton you can use PRESSPULL command and pick inside the wall, and type in the height value.
