Hi,

I have just spent the last 2 days working on house plans, and in my model viewer it all looked fine.  I just had a look in viewport and the lines have moved all over the place - I have no idea why and I am stumped....  I have done regen, and re-regenned and my annotative scales are on OK.

Please can someone have a look - I enclose two screen grabs and tell me what is going wrong (I am????????Looks fine in model viewerLooks fine in model viewer pretty novice at AutoCad, I'm working on 2020 version so pleaseconsider me a beginner)

This a Uni project and I am due to present at the end this week so I am pretty desperate!!!

Amy help grateful received,

thank you

Emma

Without seeing your drawing file I guess there are 2 possibilities.

1. the line type scale in model space is different to the one in viewport (in your layout).

Have a look system variables LTSCALE, CELTSCALE and PSLTSCALE in HELP (Press "F1" key)

2. layer states setting. Some layers are turned off in model space when they are on in the viewport.

Double click inside of viewport then type LAYER to open layer manager. Carefully check columns of "On", "Freeze", "New VP Freeze" and "VP Freeze" in the dialog for all layers.

A circle is the locus of a cursor, starting and ending at the same point on a plane in model space or in layout such that its distance from a given coordinates (X,Y) is always constant.
