multi-user network licence

I don´t get download de file of licence multi-user, because, I have geted the licence to old server.

I recive the mensage - Network license, download limit exceeded

What the solution for this?

We have a "Activation limit reached. (Error: 10)".

I Need get my file of licence. But whit put in a old server, today when I
click on download, is stop because Have other server with my licence. But
this old server is deleted
