multi-toolbar opening

Hi. Is there a way to open more toolbars at the same time in AutoCAD? Until now i've been doing it like this: 

1) menubar -> tools -> toolbars -> autocad-> open toolbar by clicking on it

2)repeat 4000 times like an idiot until all toolbars you want to be displayed are opened

Is there a more time efficient way to do this?

you can try  -TOOLBAR command as shown below .

Command: -TOOLBAR
Enter toolbar name or [ALL]: all

Enter an option [Show/Hide]: s

that opens all of them, but i want only some of them to be shown. Also when I use this command I see only some of them and they're marked as shown, but I don't see them, maybe they're somewhere out of screen yet again. When i use the command and write names, how am I supposed to separate the names? is it with "," "." ";" ":" or something like that?
