MTEXT fonts go outside columns (acting like normal text)

I'm having a problem lately with my Mtext not staying inside the box.

If I type to the end of my width, instead of doing another row it just continues outside the width span I've chosen.

Anyone knows the answer to this problem?

would you please attache here a CAD dwg sample ( with Mtext ) and tell us what is your CAD version ?

Autocad 2019 MEP, But still the same problem with standard Autocad aswell.
