MSVCP110.dll is missing even after repairing and then uninstalling/reinstalling

I have tried following the instructions on how to fix the "

MSVCP110.dll is missing." is missing error.  Those suggestions have not worked.

Someone mentioned a Visual CC++ program which i don't have on my computer?

I have Windows 10 (just updated last night Feb. 24), and the Autodesk 2016 versin of AutoCAD.

Hello hart.anne20 and welcome to the Forums!

My first recommendation is:

1. Listen to Pendean

He is an Autodesk Expert Elite

For those of you new to the Forums, that means that he is considered to be among the top people whose advice you will want to take whenever you see that tag under their name.

I assure you that you do indeed have Visual C++ components on your computer. They are an integral part of Windows. You should be able to uninstall/reinstall them using the instructions Dean posted. There is a link at the bottom of that page:

(see How to remove and reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Libraries)

Please post back after going through those instructions to let the Community know if you got it fixed or if you need more assistance.

I had the same issue here. Got that message about MSVCP110.dll missing using Maya 2019.

I just followed the instructions about uninstalling and reinstalling all Microsoft Visual C++ packages and the issue got fixed. Maya 2019 got back to work. There were some of the packages that were out of date and others were duplicated. So thank you very much.

I ran into this problem this week, the solution above only worked for me in a very specific order.

My issue: Maya 2018 and 2019 gave me the error (Maya 2020 was working ok)

My solution:

- Uninstall all Redistributable packages as mentioned in the help page above.

- Install every version, starting from oldest AND for each I had to install the x86 version first then the x64 one.

Doing it in that order, the restarting my computer solved my issue (that took a not so fun 6 hours of troubleshooting).
