I'm not very trained or experienced when it comes to computers and software, but having used Sketchbook (the free version) for several years, only today has it presented the problem of being unable to move the canvas's position with my trackpad. In the past this problem could be resolved by restarting my Mac, I use a laptop if it's important. But for some reason today this no longer works. I have tried restarting, force quitting, and redownloading of the app, none of which have worked.
