Moving objects USING SHIFT KEY AND SCROLL BUTTON ON MOUSE

My computer at school will let me rotate my drawing using the shift key and mouse scroll button.  How can I set this on my home computer?

would you check if your setting is the same as below image and from CUI command. and make sure please that you are hold Shift + Wheel (in that order) .

I may be using the wrong terminology.  I can rotate my drawing to look or see different views on the screen by using the shift key and the mouse scroll wheel.

I am using AutoCad 2018 and that is not working. I have tried shift left mo=
