Moving objects in viewport

Is it possible to move objects in viewport view, without affecting objects positions in model space ?

Viewports are similar to a windows to outside world... through VP you can look to model space CAD items . moving objects in viewports will affect your model space objects position.

But i need to know, how i can annotate text then, which would move alongisde my block, when i rotate the drawing. For example: In model space there's block and text afterwards it. In viewport blocks rotate as they should, but text suddenly appears into the middle of the block, but it shuold be in the bottom of the block. So any advice in that ?

Can you post an example showing what you mean, otherwise we can only make guesses which could take a long time.

you may need to tick the option " Match block orientation to layout " from BLOCK command that it may serve your issue.

To move objects in a viewport without moving the object in model space, use the command "pan" while in model space with the viewport unlocked. This command can also be found in the translucent ribbon that pops up on the right hand side of the viewport denoted by and hand.
