can some one help me how to sharpen this side 
its 4 of them side  that I cant sharpen and this error always coming out

Can you please upload the dwg-file + let us know what "this side" is?

Also please let us know what version of AutoCAD you are using.

When working on 4 sides/items which are all equal, I would first create and finish one item and then copy it and run command _UNION to get one 3D-Solid object.
