Model space suddenly dropped in resolution

I was using Autocad when suddenly my screen froze for 3 seconds.  Afterwards it seemed that the model space had reset to a black background and all of the drawings are jagged and choppy.  

I've tried GRAPHICSCONFIG, DISPLAY, OPTION, and none seem to work.  The first picture is the jagged text, vs the 2nd picture where the text is normal.

Try Command:

PLAN

WORLD

Then try Command:

VSCURRENT

2dWireframe
