Missing Plot Style Table?

I am trying to plot a drawing with the plot style I use for all my other drawings yet when I go to to choose my plot style it only gives me

Aec Standard Color

Aec Standard

AIA Color LWT by Object

AIA Standard Color

AIA Standard

This is only for the specific drawing I tried to plot out all other dwgs I am able to select my normal plot style

I tried this on AutoCAD 14 and 15 same results

Do you use CTB or STB? a DWG file cannot look for both at the same time, only one or the other.

We use CTB. I see it is only showing the STB files now. How would I get it to only show the CTB files?

Hi,

do you get CTB files listed or STB files?

Is it possible that this current drawing is set to the other type of plotstyles (one is color depending/CTB and the other is plotstyle depending/STB).So in the list of plotstyles in the plot dialog (or pagesetup dialog) you get the wrong types listed (and so the unusual ones)

You can verify that by opening the file, enter command _CPLOTSTYLE and then you see either

  • CPLOTSTYLE = "ByColor" (read only)    ... or
  • you are asked for the CPLOTSTYLE to be used like "ByLayer", "ByBlock", "Normal" or "User Defined"

Compare that with other drawings.

You can change the drawing's setting with command _CONVERTPSTYLES (and maybe the command _CONVERTCTB first).
