Missing Icons on Toolbars

Trying to set classic view on AutoCAD 2016. I've already done this on another computer and it worked fine, now doing it on a second computer and the toolbars come out blank with no icons at all. I've attached screenshots of the CAD 2016 that is working and the one that is not. Both computers are using Windows 10. Would appreciate any help!

Before you reset the settings, which can be quite destructive, compare the support file search paths on each PC.

I suspect you may be missing one or more on the PC where the icons do not appear.

Thank you for your reply. How would I do this? Where do I look to see the search paths?

At the command line, type in OPTIONS (or right-click and choose "Options")

Then click on the files tab.

Then expand the "Support File Search Path".
